We are a not for profit charity that currently uses a very temperamental excel based time sheet system,
The system needs replacing and I am looking to implement an online timesheet system,
can anybody suggest any providers? We would not be using the system to bill clients, and our employee's do not record time by project - it literally is just an online web based timesheet i'm looking for, that potentially delivers an end CSV that can be imported into our payroll software.
Any recomendations?

Toggl
It may be worth looking at Toggl.com - I use the free version to record my time. You can download a report to a csv. I am not sure if you could import it into your payroll software but presumably if you can get it into a csv format, you can manipulate the data to be imported.

I use www.livetimeonline.com but have never had to download to csv so not sure if it does this.
