I have a company which has been wound up in the year to 5 April 2012. At 6 April 2011 there was an oustanding DLA. This was paid off in full in December 2011 and the company wound up in February 2012.

Do I still need to complete P11d's for this company? And if so who pays the company's tax? Or do you ignore that and just have it only taxed on the employee?
