Have some ex-employees who have items reportable on P11d.
Unfortunately I am aware that they have moved and we do not have their current address.
Should I still send it to their old address even though I know they don't live their anymore?
What are our duties as the ex-employer?

Regulation 94 deals with the employers obligations - as far as former employees are concerned the employer does not need to provide the information unless the former employee requests it.

I was just having a quick break - looking at AWeb whilst having a cup of tea - before starting my very next job, which was to send out copies of P11d's to ex-employees ! (saved me a job - only one has specifically requested a copy).
