P11d Not for Profit - Directors

I work for a Not for Profit company that has Directors with an attendance allowance. The Directors are not paid, apart from this attendance allowance. What paper work do I need to do for the Tax/NI side of this payment? One of the directors is saying I do not need to do a P11d (which I agree with) but is saying I have to issue him with a form begining with 'S'! Any help gratefully recieved!
