Afternoon,

Just wondered if anyone had this experience - Payroll is outsourced for one of my clients and they have ticked "No" to P11d's, on Annual Return, however client will need to submit for himself and employee. Will client receive penalty for not informing HMRC on the P35? I am thinking not, but want to prepare my client!!
