Part disposal of land
A club has part disposed of some of it's land. I am assuming that as long as they get the remaining portion valued by a professional valuer (for the ct calculation) and it is an arms length transaction then it will have been done correctly?
I've had a look at the Capital gains manual and it only says that it's the tax payers responsibility to get the valuation not as to how they should get it.
I presume a professional valuation qualification will suffice?
