Payroll Software

Payroll Software

Didn't find your answer?

Hi there,

I am currently looking the different types of cloud-based payroll software available on the market, as my company is currently using a HR and Payroll solutions provider that is not up to scratch. As a member Accounting Web, I thought it would be a good idea to get some advice from experienced professionals.

The criteria for suitable payroll software are;

·         Holiday and Sick Pay recording and calculations

·         Pension contributions

·         PAYE/NIC/Student Loan calculations

·         RTI

·         Printing Payslips

·         Printing P60 and P45 for employees

·         The payroll software must be able to support expenses and benefits returns - P11D/P11D(b)

·         I assume that any RTI payroll software will report payroll information throughout the tax year - (P35,P14 and P38A)

·         Comprehensive reports, with the ability to export to Excel (Management Accounting requirement)

·         Xero Integration (Desirable)

·         Company size is 9

·         We’re looking to pay no more than £100 per year

Also, would any payroll software have a tax calculator or tax table?

Any advice/discussion is welcomed.

Thanks.

Spot on

That was going to be my recommendation. It is a good piece of software and really well priced.
