RTI - Penalty For 12-13 Late Employer Declaration??

RTI - Penalty For 12-13 Late Employer...

Didn't find your answer?

Hi there

We have so many payrolls in the pilot and there is no way we can check with all clients before the 19 April re CIS suffered and any other casual staff (old P38A info) and get the Employer Declarations to HMRC by 19 April.

My question is do you think HMRC will impose penalities if they are submitted between 19 April to 19 May??

All month 12 FPS's have been done.

I'm assuming not but just had an awful thought how much the total penalty would be if they fined all our clients!!!

Many thanks

Not this year

There are no RTI penalties for this year, but obviously you'll need to prepare for doing it on time next year.

Hi there

Many thanks for that dnicholson.

I know there are no penalties for 13/14 under RTI but was just wondering if because this relates to 12/13 and is a yearend document whether HMRC would try their luck!!

No

To be more accurate, there are no penalties until 2014-15.
