Pension schemes

Now I know the best advice is don't get involved, or go and see a pension expert, but.....

When clients ask me "basic " questions about "should they offer a pension scheme" or "what is a pension scheme" or "can I contribute to one of my employees own scheme" I want to be able to give some answers and then point them toa good website/guide that answers the questions for them

I would like to point them to a good honest local financial adviser who can give them the answers for free but I have tried 4 in the last few years and in each case they have been interested in only money and my clients have not thanked me for passing the details across.

So - a) Where can I get the basics from to point out to clients and b) do any of you have issues findiing financial advisors who are reputable (Bucks area)
