Just a couple of queries:
What do you do for MLR? Its is just photo ID + utility bill + a KYC form? Do you update the KYC each year? ( or if no changes just initial that its been reviewed). Presumably I don't need a policy so long as I do the annual webinar. Its just me, no staff.
Do you update engagement letters when the institute changes the template or every 4 years or so? I still have 2011 letters in place but the scope hasn't changed so surely no need to update ./.. or is there?
Do you update your TOB for existing clients? I update for new ones.
Is there a program which can tailor engagement letters for new clients so I can type in name/address/ year end and pick say option 1 for accounts, option2 for CT, option 5 for PAYE etc?
Hate admin. Urgh. Probably in the wrong job.

Mailmerge
I just use mailmerge in Word for engagement letters. The details for each client are in an Excel spreadsheet with fields for the appropriate option in the mailmerge letter.
