Quick VT question

I've used VT now for a little over 12 months but I must admit I don't know it inside out yet so please excuse if this is a basic question.  

I've recently been appointed to act for a couple of new residential management limited company clients (one limited by guarantee and the other by shares).  I wondered is it possible to create your own final accounts template and likewise accountants report which I want to base on the recent technical release by ICAEW in relation to residential service charge accounts.
