Looking for a little help please. I have a client who usese an offline version of quickbooks. we are having trouble setting up his bank feed with HSBC. the options that quickbooks say should be on his online banking are not there and HSBC have told him they don't support quickbooks. is it possible to enter the bank transactions manually? and if so how?

If you go to the top menu under Banking you can create a payment (cheque). Also under Banking you will see Deposits. This should solve the problem.
