Has anyone else got a problem with imported invoice templates on Quickbooks?
I have several clients with invoice templates imported from Word, and most of the text on the invoices has changed font (to a bold italic) overnight.
QB support tell me that they don't see it being fixed very quickly since the import functionality is in the labs, which means that my clients are stuck with sending out invoices that look ridiculous and are hard to read.
Interested to hear if anyone else with imported invoices has the same problem, or it it just my clients?

New invoice template
sorry to hear of the problem.
We created new templates using qbonline and have had no problems.
Are you saying it is the template or the content of the invoice which is having the formatting problem.
If the later. How about saving the word doc as a txt file and importing that?
