Parent company owns 70% of subsid.

Virtually all profit and expenses are contained within subsid.

Many of our expenses are eligible for R&D tax relief. However, as part of a licensing agreement any innovative IP made by subsid is assigned to parent.

Can we still claim for R&D in subsid? I assume this is fine but I wanted to be sure.
