I have joined this forum today as am looking for much needed advice and guidance on what I understand is quite an old version of Sage that is due to go end of life very soon.
Can anyone please help me as I need to urgently install Sage Line 100 on another PC. The existing PC is on its way out and needs to replaced soon. the software is installed on a shared driver on the server, the PC has a shortcut on the desktop that points to the SageL100.exe executable on the server.
I have mapped the shared drive on new PC and recreated the shortcut, however when I try to run it fails as a DLL has not been installed.
I cannot locate a setup.exe or an install program that will let me install the software on the second PC.
Does anyone have an install guide or any instructions on how I go about getting this application installed.

Installing Line 100
I assume given that you mention a DLL that this is the Windows version of Line 100. You'd need to original installation CD that has the setup.exe on to be able to install it on a second PC.

Re-install Sage Line 100 on another PC
If memory serves me correctly you will need the appropriate installation disk for the version already installed. To install client users on PCs referencing the server you need to run the windows install from the installation disk, and then select the Client version install. The other option is the Server install which would only install to the server. It is the client install that copies the appropriate DLLs.
I assume you can run Line100 from the server so you should be able to see what version etc if you need to obtain a replacement Installation Disk.
