Can anyone recommend an Expense recording app that works on iPhone, Android and Blackberry, that supports UK VAT (and ideally UK as opposed to US nomenclature)? Most I've found fall short on VAT, or cross-platform. I just want to be able to recommend one product.

This is browser based and written UK centric
expense@work from http://www.systemsatwork.co.uk/ will allow you to design your own expense forms, so setting one up for hand helds shouldn't be that difficult and given who some of their clients are, they may well have already done it.
I know that the VAT handling works, even though my main experience with them is for time@work
