Hello All
Would it be acceptable to register a limited company in Ireland although the business is trading in the UK? There are more tax benefits for registering in Ireland.
Thanks

Yes of course it is but remember that if it is a controlled foreign company it will be subject to UK tax in any event.
Place of management
If the central place of management is uk, then uk corporation tax is payable. If it is Ireland, then Irish CT at 12.5% will apply. What will the company's trade be and where will decisions be made?
which ?
1. business is trading in the UK
2. The trade & decisions will be in Spain.
Now you're 'avin a larf. Which is it ? You can't just pick n' mix your tax jurisdiction.
UK forum ?
I'm not sure why you're asking on a UK forum then. You need someone with knowledge of Irish/Spanish law. However as John says above it is likely any EU state will have similar CFC legislation and Double Tax treaties and the place where the management and control happens will be the taxing jurisdiction. You should also consider VAT registration depending on circumstances.
