registration of limited company with resident in Scotland & non uk resident with opening bank

registration of limited company with resident...

Didn't find your answer?

Hi All

I have an overseas client ( non UK resident) who like to extend  his business  operations by registering  a company in UK ( London) and appoining local director ( scotland national) togather with himself as directors . Also  he likes to open a bank account immediately upon the  registration.Share holding 100% will be  owned by non UK national .

I have few queeries

1) Appinting a person from Scotland can create a issue either registering the company or opening bank account?

2) Will bank create an issue in opening  a bank account with non UK resident as  a Director?

What is the best option avalable to register a UK company & opening bank account immediately in the above circumstances.

Appreciate your immediate advise.

Thanks in advance for any responses I receive

Bank

There is no problem with 1

With 2 the bank account may take longer and both directors will need to go to the bank with their ID

Thanks lot.

The non resident Director will be in UK upon the company was formed. He can provide the the identity proof. So I hope bank will not make an issue.

Or is advisable first to  register  the company with local director and once bank account is opened add the overseas director.

Appreciate your response.
