Related party?

Company A is owned jointly by husband and wife.  The husband is also sole director of Company B and has a minority shareholding (16%).  Company A sells to Company B - I presume this is a related party transaction as the husband has control & influence over Company A and also has some influence although not control in shareholding in Company B?
