My client rents out unfurnished houses. One of his tenants asked for a satellite dish this time last year. The client spent £600 on purchase and installation of the dish. Can he claim capital allowances on this?

Could it be argued this is the modern equivalent of an aerial and claim it as revenue?
Does it serve more than one house?
I wouldn't of thought it was revenue given it can easily be taken down and taken elsewhere, unlike other capital expenditure like a conservatory or new roof...
