And are the accounts final or is this just a draft audit report prior to a discussion on the accounts.

Responses to he auditors could range from thanking them for the thoroughness of the their audit and for bringing the errors in your accounts to your attention through to disagreeing with their opinion.  It all depends on what you haven't told us.

Do they have a point?

If they have qualified your accounts, it should mean they could not get enough evidence about a particular area of the accounts. The qualification should make it clear what. If you want to get rid of the qualification (and your shouty heading and abrupt post implies you do) then you need to provide them with decent evidence. If you can't, take their advice on how to fix your systems so you don't have this problem next year.

@stepurhan is right if the problem is a lack of evidence, as it may well be.  But it might be a disagreement over an accounting treatment or disclosure.  In that case the remedy is also in your own hands, if is not too late, but it is a different one.  It is to agree to change the offending treatment or complete the missing disclosure.

But as @stepurhan says the audit report must say why and on what grounds it is qualified so you must already know what the issue is.

More info

As the other respondents have said there is not enough information. They most certainly will not just have qualified the report without telling you why!
