Company has been dissolved due to overdue Annual Return. We want to restore that dissolved company.
Please note that its a Charitable organisation ( Masque).
Could anyone please advise me how to do this.

Consider carefullly
As the guidance says, restoration costs. This is a minimum of £100, being the admin fee for restoration at all. There may be costs from the Crown on top of this. Also, were the accounts up to date? If not, there may be late filing penalties.
So be very sure that restoration of the company is really want you want to do. Clearly the company admin has failed quite badly if the company has been struck off due to lack of an Annual Return. Do you want to be taking on that administrative burden again, or would another approach be better?
You may have specific good reasons for keeping it on. With so little detail in the question, we can't tell. I just wanted you to be sure your decision was sound.
Company Restoration
In addition to the £100 application fee to Companies House, the £69 fee to the Treasury Solicitor for the Waiver Letter, you will also have the annual return filing fee of £40.
As Stepurham says above, there may also be late filing penalties if the accounts were overdue.
