Sage 200 Business Partner in Administration-What next?

Our Sage 200 Business Partner Bit Systems Limited have gone into administration. They have developed our Sage 200 system with bespoke scripts and are the only ones who have the full knowledge of our system.

Has anybody else been in a similar situation and can recommend an applicable Business Partner? Also would you know where we stand as regards ownership of the scripts?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
