sage

sage

Didn't find your answer?

I am studying level 2 AAT and am having problems with the sage part, it is the easter holidays and I would like to crack this before I go back.
I have inputted the company and creditors and debtors, the Osborne text book then tells you to do a trial balance by tapping the COMPANY button on the dropdown tool bar, I cant find it on mine, where am I going wrong? .As you can guess I am not very good with computers.

which version of Sage
It would be helpful to know what version of Sage 50 accounts you are using (e.g. Year or vn number found in help/about or help/support info)

A modern wonder of IT is the ability to check spelling, grammar and punctuation. You can even edit it before completing a sentence!

Have you tried the modules option from across the top of the screen (depends on which version you're running as mentioned above).  If you have that then the 'Financials' option from the modules menu is your best bet as it will take you directly to the options for P&L, Balance Sheet and TB.

New Sage

If you are using the newest version of sage they have removed the Company and Financials headings.  If it is the newest Sage the Trial Balance is now under Nominal Codes.
