SAGE 50 Training Course

SAGE 50 Training Course

Didn't find your answer?

Morning. I am thinking of going on a SAGE 50 training course in the Manchester Area. I have found that there are courses provided in a college environment for 2 day for around £500 or SAGE sell training packages through their website. I currently use SAGE for day to day functions but I really want to get in to running reports and higher functions that SAGE may/does offer. If anyone has been on a course or purchase a training package from SAGE, can you please let me know if these were a help.

Thanks

Just a thought, but if you are currently comfortable with the basics of Sage, why not have a play around with the system yourself?

I went on a few employer funded general Sage courses and found it difficult to relate the dummy data to my own business - i.e. how would what you are showing me help me in my business?

May be an idea to contact your accountant or another local practice and have them come to you and tailor something specifically to your requirements.

It makes a lot more sense when you are looking at data you are familiar with and a business you know.

Other than that, have a play around with reports etc and see if you find anything useful.

Word of warning however, like everything - if you are not using the system right, the reports you get out may be useless, rubbish in = rubbish out - but i am sure thats not the case :)

Thanks Craigie_Bhoy

Its more a matter of time dealing with other work as the SAGE work is for a couple of small companies that I do bookeeping for.

Thanks
