Sage Instant accounts error

I am using Sage instant accounts version 11.02 and I installed the service pack 1 V8.20. I now cannot open Sage as I get the following error message - procedure entry pt _DGCreateMeterDialog@16 couldn't be located in dynamic link library SG50DE32.dll. Sage was installed onto my PC by the previous book-keeper from a download and activation key so I have no cd rom. I wanted to uninstall and re-install the software but I can't see how to do this from the sage site. I no longer have sage cover and don't really want to purchase it because of their service pack problem. Any ideas?
