Without wishing to get drawn into the lively debate surrounding the recent Sage One review I have a quick question regarding exporting detail / TB data.
I've got a meeting tommorow with a prospective client who (for whatever reason) started using Sage One for their new business. I have no intention of learning a new product for a single client (other than what I absolutely have to), particulary given that if and when I do get to the point of using cloud based solutions it is highly unlikely to be Sage that I use.
What I'm hoping to do is extract the TB and any other data I need and import to VT final accounts/Transaction+ to prepare the accounts, does anybody know if I'll be able to do this from within the clients login, or whether I'll have to get the accountants product to access this information?

You'll need to get the accounts product I think. I'm in a similar situation and was unable to access the TB through the client's log-in. It might have been because the client had the basic package though. Good luck, you'll need it, especially with the Sage customer support who are pretty much useless from my experience so far!

I hesitated to say "export the data to a proper accounting package..." but something tells me after I've looked at it...
