Sage open

Help!

My sage crashed on me when i tried to print a report. Then i couldnt load it up any more. Everytime i click on Sage 50 V16 2010 the splash screen comes up, dissapears and then nothing.

Seen posts about taking out the que file, tried that.

Seen posts about the ODBC setup, tried that.

Seen posts about reinstalling, tried that.

Admit i'm not completely up the way the computer works or on all jargon but any help would be appreciated.
