Have any other Sage users's had their SageDrive account switched off for using it? Ours went down on Monday, on Tuesday we were advised to install updates which didnt remedy it and today I found out their developers switched our Sage Drive access off due to lots of activity. Whilst I wait for a call back I thought it would be useful to understand if this has happened to other accountants/resellers?
It seems that if you sell their product they switch you off, it doesn't strike me as the best business plan! meanwhile on a practical level we have several sets of accounts to finish over the next few days for meetings with no access to the data!
