Client is a non-exec director of a company applying for SEIS status who does not receive a salary. The company is recently incoporated and the non-exec director has become the first client of the company, the contract signed is a standard contract and in no way is preferential due to his position as a non-exec director and shareholder. The question is would this create any issues for the company or the non-exec director? I can't find anything implying any issues but one of those things where you have a nagging doubt that it may result in an issue.
