Selling chalets with 40 year lease
An individual owns a campsite/caravan park.
The park trades through a limited company although the individual is the owner of the freehold.
He is selling holiday chalets on 40 year leases.
Has anyone come across any way that he can wriggle out of the whole "granting of a short lease" a/(a+b) CGT thing?
