Sofware/Hardware Sought

A small client is looking for a simple system to allow them to take sales orders, pass them to the factory (makes cheese), update for exact weights of orders, produce delivery note and sales invoice and update accounting system (currently use Sage Instant).

Any ideas appreciated.
