Solicitors Accounts

Didn't find your answer?

Hello

I have recently taken over a small practice but having been refused an audit certifacate by ACCA as I am not able to meet there 30% 'time spent' requirements, and looking at other options for my one and only solicitor client.

I gather that it is possible to prepare the accounts and tax returns, and get a reguistered auditor to undertake the 'audit' work and sign off the Accountants Report.

My client is based in the Cotwolds and I would be grateful if anyone who does this kind of work would leave their details and I will contact them for further information.

Many thanks in advance.

What a coincidence

Did you see the posting a few lines below yours about the firm wishing to get into this sort of work?  If they follow my advice they may do it really cheap!
