speed limits for accountants?

So apparently the government are consulting on who should be allowed to break the speed limits, and HMRC want a piece of the action. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-20511424

Can anyone think of circumstances where accountants might benefit from such an exemption?
