HMRC site

I presume that you are looking for the amount of pension received in 2013-14?

If you log in as agent, go to the client in the self assessment section.  You will see on the right hand side of the screen "Information to help you complete your self assessement"

That will give you the figure that HMRC holds for the amount in 2013-14

I suspect client will have to do that themselves, or at least you will have to log on to the Government Gateway as them.  Your agent authority for SA will cut no ice I suspect.

You can't get an instantaneous statement.  You, or the client will have to complete the link which I posted, and wait.

Thanks, I've done the form now. Suppose it was naive to think I could get a instant statement

Doesn't even work twice

I discovered when looking for mine that even if you have registered for the service before you have to do it again if you want a second projection
