Statutory Books Guidance

Hi,

I'm trying to find a book or software to help me maintain statutory books which comply with the Companies Act 2006. Does anyone have any experience / recommendations of good products? I'm looking for something which has useful templates or minutes for all the usual annual requirements, AGM minutes etc plus more complex guides for buying back shares, transferring non distributable reserves to distributable reserves etc.
