They will fax an SA302

If you ask them to but they'll blank out your UTR so most banks won't accept them and they're therefore useless. They shouldn't take any more than a couple of weeks to send the paper copy out though, if that's too slow for you then sorry for your predicament, I'm sure I speak for all accountants when I say that lender's reliance on the SA302 form over proper accountant's advice is idiotic and a habit that would best be done away with and would really be to the benefit of everyone.

Ask your accountant

If your accountant has a 64-8 in place, they can easily print this off for you.

Tax overview

The accountant can print the tax overview. The lender will most likely still require SA302s (actual copies from HMRC with no redaction of personal details).

All the wind about the lenders accepting 3rd party software generated SA302 calcs supported by the printed tax year overviews is nonsense in my experience - now the want the damn HMRC SA302 and the tax overviews.

I've noticed when I ring HMRC now they are asking the name of the lender which isn't accepting tax year overviews and software SA302s. Hopefully this will get sorted out as the current situation is laughable.
