Tax study refresher

I have searched for similar questions on Any Answers, but they seem to be slightly different emphasis, or rather old, so forgive me for asking again.

I have been working in accounting/audit for many years, and my tax knowledge is now rather out of date. In particular I wish to refresh my personal tax knowledge. Do you have any suggestions of a good book or notes to read up on? Preferably not too expensive, as I will be studying at my own cost!
