I am working with a small firm of engineering consultants who use SAGE Instant accounts for their finance package. They have around 5 employees and typically only have between 5-10 sales invoices per month. They want to start using an electronic timesheet and travel expenses software package to speed up the invoicing to customers and to provide evidence of hours worked etc.. Ideally, it would have the option of using it through an app. Going forward there may also be the requirement to calculate WIP.
Any recommendations appropriate to their size.

it wouyld be easier to review software suites in general for forward grwoth
any business growth in size and volume and complexity [ curreny etc] would soon be beyond the regime of Instant
also consdier the payroll integration with payrolls [could be project costed for other costs ? ] + dynamic uploaded when run
