I'm looking to get some quotes to put together the necessary transfer pricing documentation to satisfy the IRS (and once / if we're large enough, HMRC).
We've agreed internally the rates we consider to be arms length for services rendered in both directions for a UK & US registered company within a UK holding co; we now just need to go through what seems a terribly long winded process to document everything (it seems especially onerous from the US perspective).
Has anyone used transfer pricing specialists in the past that they could recommend? We're based in London if that helps.
