Get down to your solicitor

He will arrange the legalities of the purchase of the property by your company, the mortgage redemtion and payment of the stamp duty. You may need an accountant too to work out the capital gains tax. The solicitor will arrange to have the property regsitered at the Land Registry in the company's name.

You have of course arranged a new mortgage to the company and researched the tax implications, haven't you ?
