TUPE and Temporary Site
CanĀ I canvas views on what the situaion is on the following scenario?
Employees of Co 1 are in excess of the temporaty site time rules and as such certain costs are taxable.
Employees TUPE to a new company (obviously continue working on the same site)
Does NewCo reset the clock on the 24 month timing?
I think yes but would welcome either agreement or a challenge.
