A client is resident in Jersey and has been for around 3 years. He receives UK Incapacity benefit and I am unsure whether it goes on the UK tax return, Jersey tax return or both. Please can somebody help?

Taxable?
Whilst still receiving IB it is not taxable in the UK and should not be taxable in Jersey either as it is being paid under the reciprocal social security agreement that the UK and Jersey have entered into. IB is not assessable in Jersey - http://www.gov.je/TaxesMoney/IncomeTax/Individuals/TypesTaxableIncome/Pa...
