Universal input sheet

Universal input sheet

Didn't find your answer?

I usually just use the edit button to import trial balances, journals from excel etc. I noticed that VT has included a "Universal Input Sheet", has anyone used this yet and encountered any problems or is this a good little extra icon.

I am curious because I was querying a while back the option to import a large volume of sales invoices into the customer accounts without manually inputing them individually or is CSV file the only way to transfer large amount of sales invoices if on another system.

Copy and paste from Excel. Saves hours of time inputting transactions.

I've used it. It's great. There is no excuse for the absence of a journal import tool in a modern accounting programme
