Using Sage 50 Client Manager as a practice tool
Up until now, we have only ever used Sage for book-keeping. One of the tasks I have been set is to make our credit control more efficient. Previously statements were sent out randomly to clients and those statements were produced on Microsoft Word, each one typed out slowly after checking the sales ledger.
I wish to use the Letter function within sage to send out monthly reminders to clients. This seems easy enough to do though I am going to contact sage for help with the layout and so on.
I just wondered how many of you out there use Sage for things like this. I wouldn't mind incorporating the year end letter we send to clients reminding them of their impending year end into sage also.
I thought about PTP practice management for things like this but seems a bit pricey and would be a lot of time getting our few hundred clients onto the database - with Sage all the clients details that we need are already there.
