VAT qualifying car

Got a client (Ltd company) that is looking to buy a BMW X6 4.0D X-Drive.

The advert says it is "VAT qualifying".

What does this mean?

Are the rules changed that you can now reclaim VAT on some cars?

The car will be bought and not be leased as know you can claim back 50% VAT when leased.

The car will also be used personally so there will be a BIK on it and will not be used 100% for business as i know when you do you can claim back the VAT eg taxi drivers.

Would be grateful for anyones thoughts.

Cheers
