Very small self assessment tax refunds

We have several clients who are due refunds of overpaid self assessment tax amounting to a few pence.  This actually costs the client more in bank charges than the refund is worth.  Does anyone know if theire is a minimum level under which HMRC does not pay the refund but keeps it on the account?
