I have a client that has submitted a DS01 to Co Hse but not withdrawn funds from back so these have now been transferred to the Crown, can someone advise how these funds can be recovered?

Will that then mean that the company will be restored so another set of accounts will be due?
Yes it means that the company will be restored. Whether that will create a need to prepare accounts before it is struck off again depends entirely on timing.
Need a Court Order
You can't do an admistrative restoration when you have voluntarily closed the company.
