What documents will suffice for Export?

My client buys clothing materials and items of clothing from Licenced dealers in open markets, warehouse outlets, car booth sales etc. and resell to a ready market in Ghana. He gets receipts for good bought and also an air way bill from the shipper who ships the items abroad. Are these documents enough for tax and inspection purposes?
