What signature on accounts?

Didn't find your answer?

Hello, when signing the accountants certificate for a limited company (not audit) should I use my personal signature or some scribble representing my firm name? Thanks

I agree

... provided that the name typed at the bottom of the accountants report is the firm's name and not your personal name.  However, if you trade as "J R Massey & Co.", there would be very little difference!
